The Job:

  • Coordinate works, track jobs and keep everything on schedule
  • Support costing, invoicing and financial tracking of schemes
  • Liaise with supervisors, clients and sub-contractors
  • Monitor budgets, performance and progress of ongoing works
  • Allocate and prioritise work, including urgent callouts
  • Provide admin and coordination support across the team

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience interpreting and managing financial or performance data
  • Good communication skills – able to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have (we can build on this):

  • Knowledge of highways or street lighting
  • Experience with systems such as Symology, SAGE, WAP or Power BI
  • Understanding of procurement or contract coordination
