St Hilda's Priory are looking for caring individuals to provide holistic care to the elderly residents and sisters of The Aelred Wing, a Registered Care Home, within an Anglican Religious Community. The successful candidate will work under the guidance and supervision of the Care Manager or her designated deputy, attend to the needs of the elderly or frail residents and sisters, and be aware of and act with sensitivity towards their chosen way of life.
Most of the role will involve a combination of day and night shifts, with night duty enhancements available for these shifts. Additional hours may also be taken when available in a bank capacity.
Applicants will ideally have good understanding and experience of care provision or working in a care environment and hold a qualification in health and social care; however, training will be provided if required. There is also an opportunity to complete qualifications in health and social care through a local training provider.
You would be joining an already established and hard‑working team, who have a reputation for providing a high standard of care.
