About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Full Time and a Part Time Business Support Administrator, within the Special Education Needs administration team located in Northallerton. These posts are both temporary positions, to cover maternity leave. We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills suitable for dealing with a full range of service users and professionals, both from North Yorkshire Council and other organisations. Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between case work team and external stakeholders
- Deal with a variety of queries
- Processing of Annual Review of Education, Health and Care Plans
- System support including: maintaining data held in synergy relating to SEN
- Management of SEN Helpline
Qualifications
To be successful you must have good keyboard skills and experience in Word, Excel, databases and Outlook. You must also have good literacy and numeracy skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach. Due to the nature of the work you must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information.
