Benkhill Lodge is a residential service supporting clients and providing personal care to permanent residential clients as well as short term respite clients. Our priority is the people we support and making a difference to them. We are currently looking to recruit Relief Care and Support Workers.

You do not need previous experience of working in care, nor do you need qualifications; we would be delighted to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker. As a care and support worker, you will assist people to achieve the things that matter to them. Your role will be fundamental in delivering personal care to vulnerable people, ensuring their dignity and maximizing their independence.

There is an element of flexibility required for the role as part of a 7-day service on a rota basis. You will be required to work some evenings and weekends for which we will pay an enhancement. If you have experience, that’s great – we’d love to hear from you. If not, we will give you all the help and support you need to settle in quickly. If you do not already hold the Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, we will support you to achieve this through our apprenticeship training route.
