We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and approachable School Administrator to join the team and continue driving strong standards. The school office is at the heart of our school, and we are seeking someone who will provide an efficient and professional administrative service while offering a warm welcome to our pupils, parents, staff and visitors. This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people and can remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
The Role:
- Providing a welcoming and professional reception service for parents, pupils, visitors and staff
- Responding to telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Maintaining accurate pupil and school records
- Supporting admissions, attendance and pupil administration
- Preparing letters, documents, reports and other correspondence
- Using the school's management information and administrative systems
- Supporting the organisation of school trips, events, meetings and activities
- Receiving and processing forms, payments and other documentation as required
- Providing general administrative support to the Headteacher and wider staff team
- Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the school office
About You:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has excellent attention to detail and can maintain accurate records
