What you will be doing…
Due to the promotion of a valued member of our team to an HR Director position, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join us as an HR Business Partner. This role is truly varied, challenging and rewarding; you will act as the strategic HR partner for a portfolio of our largest Multi Academy Trusts to support them to deliver their HR priorities, often seen as an extended member of their senior management teams. Your job is to partner with them to understand their individual context, culture, terms and conditions and policies in order to ensure that they receive a tailored service relative to their organisational needs. You need to be able to operate at a strategic level with a high level of credibility, advising CEOs, Trustees, Chief Operating Officers and other senior professionals as well as manage a complex employee relations caseload and day to day supervision of HR Advisers. Your casework will include the most complex operational cases including safeguarding allegations, advising appeal panels and at times you will provide an expert commissioned investigatory service. Given the highly autonomous, commercial and specialist nature of the role, we are ideally looking for an existing HRBP with public sector experience and experience of education would be advantageous.
If you think you can help us to continue to make our mark and contribute to our fantastic team, then we would love to hear from you. In return, you can expect to receive ongoing CPD from an award-winning, forward-thinking organisation and to be part of a friendly, collaborative and dedicated team.
