You need to:
- have experience oft eaching in Key Stage 2
- work well as part of ateam
- be dedicated toensuring all the children make at least good progress within a broad andbalanced curriculum
- be an inspirational,creative and highly effective classroom practitioner
- possess an ability tobuild a strong rapport with children and parents
- have good ICTtechnical skills (ideally Google suite)
- have a sense ofhumour!
