The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.
Principal duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Advise clients independently, in keeping with the Group’s principles, with respect to all aspects of family and commercial trust and estate law matters.
- Advise on transactions in connection with trust structures.
- Participate in the department’s marketing, education and training programmes.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through writing articles for industry publications, speaking at conferences and attending overseas business development trips.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of five years post qualification experience in Private Client and Trust practice area.
- Able to handle wills and probate caseload with minimal or no supervision.
- Family Trust experience.
- Experience in corporate trusts and general corporate matters would be an asset.
- A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
