Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service.
- Maintain store standards and ensure a smooth operation.
- Use product knowledge and stay updated on promotions to create displays that delight customers.
- Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashing up tills and securing company monies.
- Take ownership of receiving, replenishing and displaying stock.
- Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with labelling and allergen regulations.
- Comply with Age‑Related Sales regulations and Think‑25 guidance.
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines to protect colleagues and customers.
