The potential rota pattern for the successful candidate would be: Mon 8am-4pm, Tues 8am-4pm, Wed 10.30am-6.30pm, Fri 8am-4pm.
Due to retirement, we are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised individual to join our very busy Practice.

Candidates will be required to assist with covering absence / holiday cover if necessary.
Main duties of the job:- To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to patients and practice staff.
- Duties can include but are not limited to supporting the administration and receptionist teams with patient registration, booking appointments, processing of information (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner and in accordance with current policies.
- Supporting staff with the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
- Experience of working within General Practice
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Clear, polite telephone manner
- Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
- Effective time management (Planning & Organising)
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to follow policy and procedure
