The Role As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will: * Plan and deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons. * Establish clear expectations and maintain strong classroom and behaviour management. * Create a calm, structured and positive learning environment. * Build positive relationships with pupils while maintaining appropriate boundaries. * Differentiate learning effectively to meet the needs of all pupils. * Monitor progress and use assessment to inform future teaching. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers We Are Looking For The successful candidate will: * Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2. * Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills. * Be confident in setting clear expectations and following behaviour policies consistently. * Have high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and conduct. * Be enthusiastic, resilient and committed to supporting children's development. * Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Be able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team.
