We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools in the Smethwick area. We have day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions available, offering flexibility for teachers looking to fit work around their schedule or secure longer placements. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy working in different school environments and are passionate about providing high-quality education while maintaining a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere. As a Supply Teacher, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting pupils across a variety of primary year groups. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum. * Demonstrate strong classroom management to maintain a productive learning environment. * Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs. * Follow school lesson plans where provided or confidently deliver pre-prepared work. * Encourage pupil participation and maintain positive behaviour standards. * Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing.
