We are a friendly and inclusive primary school in Dudley, seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs (SEN). This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a real difference in the lives of children with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and social/emotional difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support for pupils with different SEN needs, both in and outside the classroom.
- Assisting with personal care when necessary (e.g., toileting, feeding) in a respectful and compassionate manner.
- Supporting the class teacher to implement differentiated activities and learning strategies.
- Engaging pupils through sensory-based learning, promoting inclusion and independence.
