We are seeking to appoint 3 enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team at a Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Sandwell. These roles will involve working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
The Role
- Support learning in whole-class settings, small intervention groups, and through 1:1 SEN support
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, promoting inclusion and positive outcomes
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across year groups as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Good curriculum knowledge across KS1 and KS2
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting children
