We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive team at a welcoming Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. The successful candidates will work closely with class teachers and the SEND team to support pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
  • Support small group interventions to help pupils access the curriculum.
  • Promote positive behaviour through effective classroom and behaviour management.
  • Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification (desirable)
