About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the La Gamba's team at Southbank Centre. You'll need a genuine warmth for people and the ability to thrive when service is busy. Working alongside the senior team, you'll lead the front of house and make sure every guest gets the experience they deserve. That means being on the floor, training the team, and keeping standards where they need to be. You'll set the tone for the whole restaurant. We want someone who questions how things are done, spots what could be better, and gets on with improving it.
Responsibilities:
- Lunch and dinner service management.
- Staff training and development.
- Daily wages management and cash up.
- Regular stock takes including linen and drinks.
