The International Content Design team conceptualises designs and creates content experiences for some of Apple’s most visible media products.

Description

We have a new opportunity for a world‑class Senior Content Design Producer to join the International Content Design team in London.

Your role will focus on operational efficiencies and innovation through design systems, workflows and custom design tooling solutions.

This opportunity is for a clear communicator and problem‑solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end‑to‑end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others.

The Senior Content Design Producer will have extensive experience leading content design projects, including defining and creating clear scopes of work, timelines and deliverables, as well as managing design and motion projects end‑to‑end, and in defining and building design workflows at scale.

The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, communicate clearly, and relentlessly uphold our creative vision will come naturally to you.

You are highly organised, proactive and adaptable.

You can “see around corners” and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges.

Prior experience within an international organisations, managing geographically distributed teams and communicating with cross‑functional partners and external vendors is a plus.

The assets that we create span across: design, photography, motion, typography and illustration and having demonstrable experience and knowledge of best practices working across all mediums is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design team in creating and managing design projects and systems at scale.
  • Coordinate external design agency communication, negotiation and end‑to‑end project planning with internal and external teams.
  • Run and communicate overall production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
  • Distil and convey design workflows, processes and complex multi‑asset technical specifications across media types.
  • Establish and manage cross‑functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and deliverables, across multiple global timezones.
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve potential challenges throughout the creative development and production process, including technical problem solving within design workflows (including 3D).
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Deep project oversight to ensure that time‑sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated and high quality creative is produced on time.
  • Partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately, deadlines are met and executions are flawless.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts and spend tracking.
  • Coordinate business affairs and legal approvals where required.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive creative production experience specifically with design, illustration and motion projects at a design agency or in‑house design department is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with world‑class creative teams, managing design processes, optimising workflows, building templates and systems at scale.
  • Production experience across large scale original content campaigns including design, typography and animation (3D a plus) with an emphasis on innovation and design.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design tools, technologies, specifications and creative workflows, and an ability to adapt to evolving processes across a wide range of design project types with significant technical and organisational complexity.
  • Experience working with international brands or agencies, with multi‑language and culturally relevant content.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solver.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude is a must.
  • Experience working with project budgets, evaluating external partner proposals and negotiating agency fees.
