We are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Sous Chef to work with us at a wonderful B&I site that has recently been refurbished with a brand new retail and hospitality suite.
About the site: This B&I site provides lunch for 400-500 people every day. We provide hospitality events weekly and are looking to grow these on site.
Location: EC2V 5DD
Rate of pay: £43,427.88 per annum
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - 7am to 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs.
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers.
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time.
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts.
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients.
