Do you have a passion to help others succeed? Do you genuinely believe that talent is the greatest asset of any company? As a member of Apple's People group, you'll help discover and develop our most important resource: our people. Together, we'll build a collective of talented experts, visionaries, and inventors. Your efforts will maintain Apple as the most innovative company by striving to make us the most diverse, open to all people, all backgrounds, and all perspectives. Throughout Apple employees' careers, you will continue to support their professional growth in work and life.

This is a unique opportunity to join Apple as a home-based People Business Partner supporting the UK Retail team, which includes regular travel to our stores. We are open to applications from anywhere across the UK, with a specific lens of supporting stores in the North UK. As a People Business Partner, you will be a trusted strategic partner, experienced coach, and inclusion advocate for leaders across UK Retail. You will translate Apple's vision and strategic priorities into meaningful People strategies and solutions that make a real impact on both the business and the employee experience. This is not a transactional role. It is a role for someone who brings deep business understanding, sound judgement, and the kind of trusted relationships that enable leaders to make confident, well-informed people decisions, doing the work only a PBP can do, with rigour, care, and intention.

The Retail organisation leads a critical and strategic imperative for the company, seamlessly integrating across Apple's ecosystem, and bringing the highest quality experience our customers expect and deserve. To be successful in this role, you will need to deeply understand your client group and uncover root causes to develop insight-driven recommendations. You will act as a connector across the People ecosystem to deliver joined-up solutions, building trust and shaping outcomes.

  • Actively support and lead employee and labour relations initiatives, navigating complex situations including investigations, performance concerns, and change management with sound judgement and care.
  • Partner with Recruitment, Employee Relations, Legal, Compensation, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Leverage People data and analytics to surface insights, track progress, and present recommendations that drive better business and people outcomes.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tools to scale impact and improve how People work gets done.
  • Act as a force multiplier by mentoring peers, sharing expertise, and raising the capability of the broader People team.
