Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00am - 15:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid kitchen operations and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards
- Ability to support and assist in the overall running of the kitchen
- Experience in preparing and developing daily changing menus alongside the Head Chef
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and support the wider team
- Good awareness of current food trends and high street concepts
- Genuine passion for food and innovation
- Strong stock management, rotation, and portion control in line with purchasing
- Supporting and helping manage a team of 6–7 chefs and 3 kitchen porters
- Overtime available during events (paid at time and a half)
- Annual bonus scheme based on performance
- Staff meals provided on site
