We are seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI‑driven sales training content. This role focuses on creating structured prompts, workflows, and scripts that generate high‑quality sales skills training materials, including AI‑generated videos, role‑play simulations, and coaching scenarios. The ideal candidate combines strong writing ability, sales training knowledge, and hands‑on experience with generative AI tools. You will work closely with sales enablement leaders and instructional designers to develop scalable AI‑powered training experiences for sales teams.

AI Prompt Design & Optimization

  • Design, test, and refine prompts that generate high‑quality sales training content
  • Develop structured prompt frameworks for role‑play scenarios, objection handling, discovery conversations, and coaching feedback
  • Continuously optimize prompts to improve accuracy, realism, and instructional value

AI Video Training Development

  • Create scripts and prompts for AI‑generated training videos
  • Design scenario‑based training modules using AI video tools
  • Produce realistic sales conversations and demonstrations for training purposes

Sales Training Content Creation

  • Build AI‑generated learning modules focused on core sales skills such as:
