Are you passionate about food, drink and service, want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team, and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in London.

Location: London, EC4M 7RD

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts range between: 07:30am – 16:00pm, 08:30am – 17:00pm & 10:30am – 19:00pm (not often but when required)

Rate of Pay: £32,550 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening the pantry
  • Open business Lounge
  • Check the booking system and update the kitchen team on any changes from the previous day
  • Planification of the business day
  • Weekly meeting with internal service team
  • Placing orders
  • Checking deliveries
  • Follow Health and safety procedures
  • Stock take
  • Manage events absence of manager or as required
  • Working close to the event team to deliver VIP events
  • Creating quotes
  • Training and development of the team
  • Overview of the hospitality service
