Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
The Digital Merchandising Specialist will execute the regional digital merchandising strategy across the EMEIA Apple Store Online and Apple Store App, directly shaping how customers discover and shop Apple's products. Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, efficiency, and organisation in a fast‑paced environment, backed by prior experience in digital merchandising or digital marketing.
The role sits at the heart of a highly collaborative network, working closely with both local and worldwide Apple partners.
Responsibilities
- Campaign delivery: Lead delivery of WW and locally originated campaigns, including creation of marketing and merchandising briefs, managing production team relationships and deliverables, validating content, and analysing performance.
- EMEIA merchandising: Provide merchandising support for priority EMEIA markets, including content localisation, market‑specific commercial and brand activity, and messaging/content optimisation — partnering with Online Store country managers to ensure locally relevant, commercially effective execution.
- Performance insights: Maintain regular merchandising performance reporting and analysis across campaigns and owned markets to identify commercial and experiential opportunities or challenges, and partner with Analytics, Product Management, and Contact Centres to turn shopping trends and insights into recommendations that optimise the customer experience.
- Partnerships & efficiency: Maintain close partnerships with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Management/Production, and Commercial Programs to deliver the above, while driving organisational efficiency and continuous improvement by leveraging AI to optimise workflows, tools, and data analysis.
- Occasional domestic or international travel may be required. Regular meetings with counterparts in US, JAPAC, GC during overlapping business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Digital Merchandising or Digital Marketing role
- Fluent in English
- BA/BS degree a plus (not a requirement)
