We’re now looking for a talented and driven Deputy General Manager to join our team at a prestigious corporate site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on leader to support the delivery of a high‑quality food and hospitality offer, while helping to create a positive, engaging environment for both clients and colleagues.
Salary: £36,816 per annum (Overtime available)
Shift Pattern: Monday‑Friday between the hours of 7:00‑17:30
Location: W12 7FA
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily delivery of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Support the management and execution of the hospitality offering, ensuring seamless service for all events and functions.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a front‑of‑house team of 7, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operation, deputising for the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.
