Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. The Channel XF Producer is responsible for driving, creating and delivering channel specific briefs, producing the creative work for both Apple-Led and Partner-led opportunities in market. This person will be both an excellent producer as well as a proactive strategic thinker, with a strong point of view on both our channel and partner’s channel communications. They will work with European and WW channel teams to have a clear understanding of WW priorities and how they should be successfully implemented in market. They will have a strong point of view, informed by their partnerships with sales, platforms and partner comms about what is needed for each LOB and which global solutions or local strategies should be deployed to meet those challenges / opportunities. This person will understand how to provide meaningful and significant contributions to the development of Channel in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Partner Comms, Digital CX, In-Store Platforms, Brand, Strategy and PM to identify strategic local initiatives that strengthen communications across the channel.
  • Work with Brand, Strategy and Partner Comms to proactively uncover Europe-specific insights and translate them into opportunities that shape regional channel work.
  • Build deep relationships across Marcom, product marketing and sales teams, educating partners on the channel ecosystem and the significance of channel-led initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for channel projects, representing Europe’s needs with WW Marcom and clearly articulating regional insights, objectives and solutions for channel campaigns.
  • Translate business objectives into strategic comms plans and write concise, insightful briefs that inspire the best creative work.
  • Scope projects end-to-end and manage budgets across initiatives, partnering with Ops and Project Management teams to ensure accurate forecasting and value-driven decisions throughout production.
  • Lead the origination, production and delivery of both Apple-led and partner-led creative work, partnering with studio creatives, external agencies, Brand/Country Marcom Managers and WW stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery in line with channel strategy.
  • Define measurement frameworks and KPIs upfront, partnering with Planning and Data Insights and Analytics to track performance against business objectives and translate results into actionable learnings for local and WW stakeholders.
  • Capture insights and document learnings into best-practice playbooks, scaling what works and continuously evolving Marcom Channel deliverables as the marketing roadmap and partner landscape evolve.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Marketing communications experience gained at an advertising, marketing, or design agency, or within an in-house marketing communications team; focused on building brands and driving business results.
  • Experience developing and executing successful brand strategies across multiple channels (marketing, sales, product development).
  • Cross-functional work experience with stakeholders at various levels of an organization (such as, but not limited to, Account Directors, Producers, or in-house marketing management roles).
  • Digitally fluent, with experience delivering and orchestrating connected customer journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct channel marketing experience, with knowledge of how marketing strategies translate across sales channels — including visual merchandising, retail campaigns, Point of Sale, and customer-engagement programs.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior from awareness to post-purchase, pulling insights from teams and partnerships to sharpen the work from a customer point of view.
  • Experienced in delivering integrated marketing initiatives across a broad range of formats and deliverables.
  • Experience working across European markets, with an appreciation for the cultural and commercial differences between the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
  • Experience with global brand and global team collaboration.
  • Balances working in a creatively driven organization with an integrated, analytical, and disciplined approach to marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g. content generation, analytics, automation) and an understanding of how they can enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Highly collaborative, builds trust, credibility, and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to get results.
  • Experience partnering with Creative teams to produce strong work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of collaborators, including leadership.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix‑d organization; effective working autonomously and under pressure.
  • Proactive, organized, resourceful and adaptable; can solve complicated problems with a positive attitude.
