The Design Facilitation Lead will be responsible for championing Apple technology and showcasing the unparalleled power of Apple’s platforms, driving demand through deep design expertise and a consultative mindset, equally comfortable diagnosing complex challenges, facilitating alignment across large organizations, and guiding teams toward clear, well‑reasoned decisions.

The Key Tasks Include:

  • Effectively manage and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Markets, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful, customized experiences that address specific horizontal and vertical workflows.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver relevant hands‑on experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and highlight the transformative capabilities of our products for business customers.
  • Design and facilitate engaging design sessions that inspire new thinking and help organizations explore opportunities at the intersection of design and Apple’s emerging technology platform.
  • Leverage deep technical acumen and a profound passion for Apple’s ecosystem to design and deliver experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and highlight the transformative capabilities of our products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or equivalent and proven relevant experience in design consulting, in‑house design leadership, or a combination of both.
  • Proven ability to compellingly present and facilitate strategic discussions and hands‑on demonstrations with C‑suite leaders and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, or innovation sessions with cross‑functional and executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong design craft skills and familiarity with design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Fluent in structured design methods such as journey mapping, service blueprinting, design thinking frameworks, prototyping and the judgment to know when and how to apply them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present design thinking and rationale to non‑design audiences.
  • Proven ability to present and facilitate compelling strategic discussions and hands‑on demonstrations with C‑suite leaders and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partners and coordinate complex cross‑functional teams to achieve common goals and align on business sales objectives.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Extensive, hands‑on experience using, demonstrating, and evangelizing emerging technologies in a professional or business context, showcasing its power and potential.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
