We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Test and Validation Engineer (RF Systems) to join our team in Cambridge and lead the verification of systems that keep people safer everywhere. In this role, you will be instrumental in turning cutting-edge prototypes into mission-ready realities. Job Description The Role This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of our Systems Engineering team, serving as the vital link between prototype development and mission-ready product release. You will balance structured V-model verification with rapid "fail-fast" testing to ensure our world-class RF systems are robust, reliable, and technically superior. If you take pride in technical problem-solving and love the challenge of uncovering emergent issues in complex, integrated hardware and software, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Verification Strategy: Define and execute system-level validation plans that balance rigorous testing with delivery speed to ensure risks are retired early in the development cycle. Prototype Testing: Plan and conduct functional, performance, and stress testing in both lab and field environments to feed critical results back into design decisions. System Integration: Validate complete systems, ensuring that integrated hardware, RF, software, and mechanical elements perform seamlessly as intended.
