We are looking for a Chef Manager to join our team at BNP Paribas.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:30‑16:00, 40 hours per week

Location: 22 Bishopsgate, EC2N 4BQ

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the catering account, taking full ownership of day‑to‑day hospitality operations across 12 meeting rooms, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Remain hands‑on in the kitchen, producing high‑quality, creative food for a discerning client base, with a strong focus on presentation and consistency.
  • Plan and deliver meeting room catering and occasional evening events (1–2 per month), ensuring client requirements are met to a premium standard.
  • Manage and develop the FOH Supervisor, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
  • Build strong relationships with the client, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards, ensuring a safe and well‑organised kitchen environment.
