Salary: £70,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Role Overview
The Account Director will have overall responsibility for a high-profile TikTok contract across three London locations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on client relationships, commercial performance, innovation, people leadership, and contract growth. The contract operates through a Central Production Unit (CPU) delivery model, with food produced centrally and delivered to site. As such, the Account Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, quality, presentation and consistency of food and hospitality services across all locations, while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role sits above the site General Managers, who oversee the day-to-day operations. The Account Director will focus on the wider account strategy, ensuring the contract continues to evolve and deliver an exceptional workplace hospitality and catering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of three General Managers.
- Lead the successful delivery and execution of a Central Production Unit (CPU) food model across multiple sites.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships across TikTok.
- Drive innovation and continuously improve the catering and hospitality offer.
- Manage the commercial performance and profitability of the account.
- Identify opportunities for contract growth and business development.
- Ensure services remain aligned with TikTok's fast-paced and evolving workplace culture.
- Work closely with culinary, operational, and support teams to deliver best-in-class service.
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives across the contract.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and client expectations.
