Trainer, Accessibility Center of Excellence

The CoE was created with the purpose of promoting and supporting accessibility globally across Apple, partnering to embed accessibility into customer and employee facing digital services, apps and websites. We are seeking a Trainer to join our Program Management Office (PMO). This role involves collaborating with global cross-functional teams to support our existing training, as well as scaling the program.
As the Trainer within the team, you will own the training portfolio for the Accessibility Center of Excellence β from analyzing team needs and proposing new learning initiatives, through to managing delivery, tracking outcomes, and reporting on impact to leadership. You will facilitate the refinement of content and explore alternative delivery methods to increase reach and engagement across Apple. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced environment. They will partner closely with the accessibility subject matter experts to ensure materials remain accurate and relevant, while driving continuous improvement through attendee feedback. Proven experience designing and delivering training at scale is a must and an understanding of digital accessibility will be an advantage.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs to audiences across multiple formats.
- Experienced in collaboration across an organization with multiple roles (e.g., engineers, designers, program managers, leadership) to align training content with business needs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt delivery to varying levels of learner familiarity and seniority.
- Proficiency in creating clear, accessible training materials.
- Familiarity with learning management platforms, instructional design principles, and learning and development methodologies such as Universal Design for Learning.
- Industry recognized qualification in training.
- Knowledge of accessibility.
- Project management skillset.
