Promotional Artwork Coordinator - App Store

Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work.

Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other's ideas stronger.

That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better.

It's the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do.

When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives.

Here, you'll do more than join something — you'll add something.

The App Store is the world's largest and most innovative software store, serving hundreds of millions of i Phone, i Pad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro and Mac customers worldwide.

We have a new opportunity for a Promotional Artwork Coordinator to join us on a 23‑month contract to support our promotional artwork production.

In this role, you will assist with the App Store’s artwork program by managing and organising creative assets.

We are looking for a team player with strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills.

You will be joining a dynamic digital production environment and will oversee the intake and approval of hundreds of developer assets submitted for promotional use on the App Store every month.

The digital assets team is a key partner in the App Store ecosystem, and works closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Editorial, Production and Business Affairs to coordinate and deliver engaging promotions to our customers.

You will be responsible for carrying out the developer asset lifecycle from request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving.

You will also be responsible for working cross‑functionally with teams around the world to help shape plans for the asset management process and tooling enhancements.

  • Support the team in working with external App Store developers worldwide to ensure artwork meets Apple’s creative standards and App Store guidelines.
  • Assist with the asset management lifecycle, including the ingestion, review, handoff, and archiving of creative materials.
  • Contribute to the production of static and motion assets for i Phone, i Pad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV, supporting both always‑on and high‑profile campaigns.
  • Help screen and prepare developer‑provided artwork for safe internal use, and assist in coordinating necessary business and legal approvals.
  • Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (editorial, design, production, business management) to help deliver engaging, high‑quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Provide feedback and participate in team initiatives to improve creative workflows and asset delivery tools.
  • Maintain strong organisation, attention to detail, and proactive communication across time zones.
  • Previous internship or entry‑level experience working with creative assets, from production through to archiving.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, such as design, editorial, production, or engineering.
  • Familiarity with digital asset specifications, basic design principles, and an eagerness to learn App Store creative standards.
  • Working knowledge of, or a strong willingness to learn, digital asset management systems and creative tools (e. g., Airtable, Box, DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • An interest in learning the operational side of creative production, including business affairs and legal approval processes.
  • Passion for technology, apps, and games, with a solid understanding of Apple platforms and user experience.
  • A strong curiosity and interest in exploring new technologies, creative tools, and emerging industry trends.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English. Other languages beneficial.
