The Partner Communications Manager leads the marketing communications strategy, planning and execution for Apple products and services in the Partner (indirect) channel.
This team drives the development of partner journey’s, campaigns, and creative with some of the biggest brands around the world, shaping how Apple shows up within every touchpoint in the partners’ space, including all advertising, physical and digital environments.
The Partner Communications Manager, Digital Specialist is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand.
- Drive innovative digital partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.
- Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services.
Synthesize learnings into insights to drive optimization of digital and CRM internally and externally with partners.
- Work with Worldwide (WW) Partner Communications teams to identify and develop partner digital strategies, CX consumer journeys, cross digital channels.
- Focus on driving growth via partner digital touchpoint, CRM and CX
- International travel may be required 2-3 times per year.
- 7+ years experience in marketing communications
- Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results
- Experience in digital marketing and CRM strategy & execution
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e. g. content generation, analytics, automation) and an understanding of how they can enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Experience in international account management and/or strategy at a advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand for consumer and/or business audiences.
- Ability to delve deep into a partner’s business, marketing strategy and consumer insights, to understand challenges and find opportunities.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, e CRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver the most compelling product experience throughout the customer journey.
- Passion for great work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive the work forward.
