This position is within a highly successful business that boasts a massive pipeline of work well into the future, offering stability and progression. The programme of work on this project is set to run for c4 years.
Duties:
- 100m mixed-use development from inception to handover.
- Manage the intricate scheduling required for a multi-faceted build, coordinating different construction methodologies across various build types.
- Work closely with the on-site operational and commercial teams to identify critical path risks, manage delays, and implement acceleration strategies where required.
- Utilise ASTA PowerProject at an expert level.
