An established Tier 1 Main Contractor with a strong order book, operating in the Education, Mixed-Use, Science, Commercial and Residential sectors is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to complement their Construction Delivery team in West London, leading a c 30m Education project.
Our client is a well-respected and stable employer who is continuing to experience a prolonged period of project wins, including a number of projects valued at c 30m+. You will be expected to lead a c 30m new build Education Project.
Duties & Responsibilities:The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all project management functions for the project, from planning, design and financial management, through to practical construction delivery of the project.
Desirable Experience:- Previously held Project Manager roles with recognised Top 100 Main Contractors, with a stable career history.
- Experienced in delivering Construction projects 20m+ within the Education Sector. Ideally from a Site Management or Engineering background, including a BSc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Exceptional client facing and people management skills, experience in leading teams of c15 staff, including solid technical knowledge of planning, design, commercial and construction delivery.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
- MCIOB status would be advantageous.
