A regional medium sized Main Contractor with a busy pipeline of work across North Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk is looking to grow their Commercial team due to new projects secured and a healthy tender pipeline. The business has a proven track record in the local area and works across the Heritage, Mixed-Use, Private Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will be joining the business to work on a project valued at c£4m, working from pre-construction through to project completion. With a clear structure and programme in place for personal development, this role offers a very good opportunity for a surveyor to lead their own projects in a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to measurement & valuations, applications for payment, and other related tasks.
