This established business manages a diverse portfolio spanning Commercial and Retail developments, with project values typically ranging from £5m to £20m.

This is a prime opportunity for a surveyor seeking a clear, structured pathway to Senior and Associate level. The successful candidate will take full ownership of Mechanical and Electrical packages for projects valued between £5m and £20m+, managing the process from initial feasibility through to final handover. Delivering comprehensive quantity surveying and Employer's Agent duties.
Pre-Contract Excellence:
Leading cost planning and overseeing pre-contract tenders.
Contract Administration:
Managing JCT and NEC contracts, including Design and Build procurement routes. Operating with high levels of autonomy to manage project delivery while maintaining professional, close-knit relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience:
Previously held an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor role for a minimum of 5 years.
Qualifications:
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or Building Surveying or BEng Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services OR comparable qualification.
