Start Date: Sept 2026 onwards

Salary & Benefits: c£60,000 basic salary + competitive package including company car or car allowance and pension scheme.

Operating primarily across the Mixed-Use, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare sectors with project values ranging between £2m and £10m, they are actively looking to expand their commercial team with a talented, ambitious Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will initially join a supportive site team on a high-profile local Norfolk scheme to integrate into the business's processes, before taking full commercial lead on an upcoming project valued at c£5m.
