A Top 50 Main Contractor is seeking to recruit a talented and experienced M&E Design Manager to join their team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the building services function across multiple projects across the Education and Healthcare sectors, specialising in managing the design coordination of MEP packages from pre-construction through to project completion, as well as providing technical oversight to on-site delivery teams.
The key objective of this position is to drive value, ensure quality, and mitigate risk by cultivating and leading high-impact relationships with MEP Consultants, Subcontractors, BIM Coordinators, and client stakeholders. Our client has an enviable track record on projects valued at £50m+ and consistently delivers repeat business across London.
