Travel Consultant. Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9.30am-5.30pm and 1.00- 5pm on a Sunday on a rota basis. On behalf of our client, a multi-faceted travel company, we are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant their new Newtownabbey branch. This is a fast paced and dynamic organisation, offering bespoke travel as well as cruise and package holidays. Not only is this an award-winning organisation that utilise the latest technologies to promote and grow their customers, the location of this Branch is in a popular shopping area with plenty of foot fall giving you the opportunity to offer holidays to a wide range of customers. Duties include: Creating and booking experiences, tailored exactly to customers needs. Communicating with prospect clients, through a wide range of channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries and face-to-face conversation. Providing award-winning customer service. Meeting sales targets and working as a team to contribute to your branchs overall targets. You will need: At least 1 year experience working in a retail travel environment is essential. A flair for communicating with a wide variety of clients. Ability and drive to consistently meet targets set by the Sales Manager. Confidence and determination to stay on top of trends and emerging destinations.
