Location: Belfast, James Street South

Reports To: Business Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

Core Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Cold call, network, and telephone/email pitch to prospective clients to generate new temporary recruitment business.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source suitable candidates from database, write compelling job adverts, and build talent pipelines to maintain an active, 'ready-to-work' pool of candidates.
  • Match & Place: Screen, interview, and test prospective applicants to match them rapidly to urgent temporary vacancies.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Manage pre-employment checks, right-to-work verification, reference checks, and payroll data in strict accordance with legal standards.
  • Account Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, handling extensions and queries.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate agency terms of business, charge rates, and contractor pay rates.

  • Good attitude and reliable
  • Happy to work on own initiative whilst integrating into a lovely team.

Salary - Experience dependant

Commission - depends on how hard you work! Commission is paid in accordance with how many jobs you fill.
