Medical Receptionist with Audio Typing. Part time. Location: Greater Belfast/ Holywood, Northern Ireland Hours: 20 hours per week. 2.5 days per hour or 5 half days. Flexibility is offered. On behalf of our client, an independent Health facilitates organisation, we are seeking a part time, Medical Receptionist with Audio typing skills to join their team in the Greater Belfast/ Holywood area. Key Responsibilities: Providing Receptionist support First point of contact for calls, emails and queries. Meeting & greeting visitors, organising passes for guests. Organising appointments for patients. General maintenance of the office space, ensuring kept tidy at all times Audio typing of patient information. You will need: Previous experience in a receptionist role. Previous audio typing skills. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills. Eligibility to work in the UK & Northern Ireland.
