This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy customer-facing team, providing front-line support and administrative assistance within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional front-line customer service to visitors and service users.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide information or direct queries to the appropriate team.
- Manage and update spreadsheets and electronic records accurately.
- Provide daily administrative support to the senior administration and patch management team.
- Assist with general office duties and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an efficient customer service.
Essential Criteria
- Previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Intermediate IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
