Are you an ambitious Junior Contracts Manager with at least 1 year’s management experience? Our client, a leading piling, foundation, and precast contractor, is recruiting across Ireland and Great Britain. This is a hands-on role with clear progression to Contracts Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with management of multiple construction contracts
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on site
- Contribute to project delivery from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year’s management experience (construction or related industry)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK or Ireland (e.g. Indefinite Leave to Remain, Settled Status, UK/ROI Citizenship). Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Willingness to travel across Ireland & GB
