The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Location: Greater Belfast
Salary: Β£ pro rata plus a bonus structure of up to 15%
Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays (37 hours per week). Applicants requesting part-time hours will also be considered.

On behalf of our client, an award-winning Northern Ireland organisation, we have a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their HR Team. This is a critical role supporting the HR Manager in providing core HR, professional development, and health & wellbeing services across all business areas.
The HR Advisor will motivate and engage the HR Team, ensuring delivery across key areas such as:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Onboarding / Offboarding
- Absence Management
- HR Administration
- Equality Commission submissions (Annual monitoring & Article 55)
- Security Clearance
- HR Training Cycle
Additionally, the HR Advisor will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures, handle employee relations issues, and foster a culture of employee engagement. Managing payroll activities, including full oversight and hands-on processing, is also a key duty.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant HR field or CIPD qualification
- 5+ years experience in a generalist HR role covering the full employee lifecycle
- Associate CIPD level 5 or above
- CIPP qualification and/or membership is desirable
- Experience advising managers and participating in recruitment processes
- Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
- Experience with absence management and payroll oversight
