The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Location: Greater Belfast

Salary: Β£ pro rata plus a bonus structure of up to 15%

Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays (37 hours per week). Applicants requesting part-time hours will also be considered.

On behalf of our client, an award-winning Northern Ireland organisation, we have a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join their HR Team. This is a critical role supporting the HR Manager in providing core HR, professional development, and health & wellbeing services across all business areas.

The HR Advisor will motivate and engage the HR Team, ensuring delivery across key areas such as:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Onboarding / Offboarding
  • Absence Management
  • HR Administration
  • Equality Commission submissions (Annual monitoring & Article 55)
  • Security Clearance
  • HR Training Cycle

Additionally, the HR Advisor will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures, handle employee relations issues, and foster a culture of employee engagement. Managing payroll activities, including full oversight and hands-on processing, is also a key duty.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant HR field or CIPD qualification
  • 5+ years experience in a generalist HR role covering the full employee lifecycle
  • Associate CIPD level 5 or above
  • CIPP qualification and/or membership is desirable
  • Experience advising managers and participating in recruitment processes
  • Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
  • Experience with absence management and payroll oversight
