Job Title:Financial Performance Officer Salary: £24.22 p/hour Location:Antrim Hours:Full-time, 37 hrs/week, Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) Duration:Temporary (up to 6 months) Main Responsibilities: Manage and develop management accounting functions. Prepare revenue and capital estimates for budget planning. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and provide financial guidance to management. Develop the Corporate Financial Plan and support financial planning & investment appraisals. Monitor budget control, asset register, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Participate in post-project evaluations and assist in treasury management. Provide financial training and support service level agreements. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accountancy or relevant experience (4+ years). At least 2 years experience in a senior, computerized accounting role. Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in local government/public sector accounting is desirable. Key Competencies: Strong customer focus and service excellence.
