Patch Manager – Band 5 Location: Dungannon Office Salary: £16.90 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Duration: Temporary, Full-Time Working Pattern: Monday – Friday Application Deadline: 5pm 9th October 2026 Apple Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Patch Manager (Band 5) on behalf of a public sector organisation based at the Dungannon Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused professional to provide a housing management service within a designated neighbourhood or geographical area, working closely with customers, partners and other professional services. Key Duties Provide a customer-focused housing management service within a designated neighbourhood or geographical area. Develop and maintain effective professional relationships and networks across a wide range of services. Work effectively with partners and other professionals to support customers and deliver effective housing services. Respond to customer needs and enquiries in a professional and appropriate manner. Use a pragmatic approach to understand, assess and resolve complex issues. Manage and prioritise a challenging workload across a wide range of responsibilities. Communicate effectively with customers and other professionals, including in challenging situations. Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner organisations and relevant services. Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times. Carry out duties in accordance with relevant organisational policies, procedures and requirements. Maintain appropriate records and ensure information is managed accurately and effectively. Essential Criteria Applicants must meet the following essential criteria: Hold a degree (Level 6 or equivalent) and have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a customer support environment OR Hold a BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma (Level 5) qualification in Housing and have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a customer support environment OR Hold a BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma (Level 5) or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a customer support environment OR Demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and have at least 3 years’ relevant experience in a customer support environment Applicants must also demonstrate: Ability to work effectively with partners and develop professional relationships and networks across a wide range of services. Good problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to understanding and resolving complex issues. Ability to successfully manage and prioritise a challenging workload with a wide range of responsibilities. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other professionals in challenging situations. Intermediate IT proficiency.
