Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, applicants and members of the public.
- Deliver a high-quality frontline customer service.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues at first contact wherever possible.
- Accurately refer enquiries to the appropriate service areas when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records using multiple IT systems.
- Prioritise workload while handling a high volume of customer interactions.
- Ensure all enquiries are managed in line with organisational procedures.
Essential Criteria
- Experience delivering customer service in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Competence using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
- Intermediate IT proficiency.
- Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
Desirable Criteria
- Experience within housing, the public sector or a contact centre environment.
- Knowledge of housing services, repairs processes or rent accounts.
- Experience using case management or CRM systems.
