This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a busy team, providing front-line customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service at the reception and customer counter.
- Deliver administrative support to senior members of the team.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally, both in person and over the telephone.
- Carry out general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and record management.
- Maintain accurate records using a range of IT systems.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
Essential Criteria
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Intermediate IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
Desirable:
- Full clean driving licence.
