This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy customer-facing team, providing front-line support and administrative assistance within a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional front-line customer service to visitors and service users.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information or direct queries to the appropriate team.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets and electronic records accurately.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the senior administration and patch management team.
  • Assist with general office duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an efficient customer service.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
