About the Opportunity

Join an established and growing property management team in Belfast and develop your skills towards a senior role. As a Junior Client Relationship Manager, you will be mentored by experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience managing a portfolio of residential developments while attending AGMs and Directors’ meetings. This role is perfect for someone who is tenacious, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. You’ll support senior colleagues, learn the ropes of property management, and build strong relationships with residents, directors, and contractors.
What You’ll Do
- Client & Relationship Management
- Act as a supporting point of contact for clients, residents, and management company directors
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls, emails, and correspondence
- Attend AGMs and Directors’ meetings and provide support as required
- Provide updates via letters, email, or client portal depending on preference
- Property & Development Support
- Assist with site visits and regular inspections of communal areas
- Identify maintenance issues and escalate appropriately
- Support multiple developments, managing tasks and deadlines effectively
- Work closely with senior colleagues to maintain high standards of property management
- Contractor & Administrative Support
- Liaise with contractors and service providers under guidance
- Assist in raising job orders and monitoring work completion
- Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and reports
- Support budgeting, billing, and expenditure tracking
Candidate Criteria
- Essential

- Organised and Multi-Tasker – able to manage multiple developments, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously

- Professional Communication Skills – able to respond to emails, calls, and correspondence promptly and accurately
- Strong Administrative Skills – confident using Microsoft Office
- Attention to Detail – able to use Excel for P&L and balance sheets
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Driving Requirements – Full Driving Licence and over 25 for insurance purposes, able to travel to multiple developments; or own car for business purposes if under 25
- Right to Work – permanent UK work rights or indefinite leave to remain

- Previous experience in property management or client-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of property or development processes
- Competent in property management systems
